New research: Small business and mental health through the pandemic
Take a look at the findings from The Treasury’s most recent research on the mental health of small business owners and reflect on your wellbeing post-COVID-19.
From February to June a series of Ahead for Business online wellbeing workshops are being delivered.
The workshops are designed with the mental health needs of small business owners in mind, and will provide you with information on how to look after yourself while running a business.
These workshops will be conducted online via Zoom, and can be joined by small business owners, or someone that works in or supports a small business, across Australia. You will be provided with information on mental health in a small business context and guided through a series of activities that will enable you to identify common business stressors, how to create a wellbeing plan and practical strategies to implement wellbeing for yourself and your business.
Register your interest for one of the following dates and times (please note that times have been adjusted for your state in the registration form):
You will be sent a Zoom link prior to your chosen session with details on how to attend.
If you would like to share the information for the Ahead for Business wellbeing workshops, you can download the flyer to share on social media, or to print out.
