New online training program to support the wellbeing of Australian small business owners

Everymind is conducting an evaluation of a new national online program for Australian small business owners, which aims to enhance capacity and confidence in promoting positive mental health and wellbeing within their business.

The new small business online training program will help develop the knowledge, skills and practices small business owners need to support the wellbeing of their business, and provide early intervention when needed. The program also encourages small business owners to reflect on their own mental health and wellbeing.

The program will deliver a variety activities, case studies, information sheets and lived experience videos which explore key topic areas of mental health, wellbeing, coping with stress, help-seeking strategies and action planning.

There will be four, 10-15 minute modules to complete over four weeks, each containing practical tips and tools, and reflective questions.

Take action on your mental health and wellbeing.

Registrations for this training program are now closed.

This evaluation is being conducted by researchers from Everymind as part of the Ahead for Business program with funding from the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.
