Today is R U OK? Day, a national day of action dedicated to reminding us to check in regularly with people around us.
Everymind has created a new training program to assist small business owners to develop their knowledge, skills and practices to support their wellbeing and that of their business.
This training will encourage you to reflect on and learn strategies to support your own mental health and wellbeing, and that of your staff.
The training is available online and can be accessed any time and from any place up until 30 May. There are four 10-15 minute modules to complete, with a variety of activities, case studies and practical tips and tools to explore four key topic areas:
