The Business Wellbeing training aims to assist small business owners to develop their knowledge, skills and practices around mental health and wellbeing in their business.
This training will encourage you to reflect on and learn strategies to support your own mental health and wellbeing, and that of your staff.
There are four 10-15 minute modules to complete, which are self-paced and can be saved and resumed at any time. Each module contains a variety of activities, case studies and practical tips and tools to explore four key topic areas:
- Mental health and mental illness – understanding your own mental health and that of employees, associates or family and friends
- Stigma – attitudes and beliefs toward mental health and mental illness and how we can reduce stigma
- Effective Communication – how to effectively communicate with someone you may be worried about
- Mental health in the workplace – information and tools to address common business stressors and how to create a mentally healthy workplace.
