Queensland celebrates Small Business Month
This Queensland Small Business Month we encourage small business owners to prioritise their wellbeing.
May marked the return of South Australia Small Business Week and Queensland Small Business Month, acknowledging more than 600,000 small businesses calling these states home.
Small businesses represent 97% of all businesses in Queensland and 98% in South Australia, contributing over $150 billion collectively to their respective state economies. The Queensland and South Australia events both offered fantastic programs to highlight and support small businesses to reach their full potential. However, with so many activities focused on business management and planning, it can be easy to overlook one of the key areas of managing a successful small business – mental health and wellbeing.
If you would like to learn more about improving your mental health and wellbeing and the positive impact this can have on your business, be sure to keep an eye out for relevant sessions at the next small business event you attend.
